Scenery & Wiring Continues

This post details the progress made over the last couple of weeks by the Monday night crew coupled with BJ's and my efforts working on Tuesday's & Thursdays whilst our wives are out working!!!.

Scenery

BJ's quality control picked up that Barry & Bill had the hills a bit high in comparison to the backdrop and the clearance was fine if measured after plaster however we are still to place plaster soaked towel followed by the plaster layer to be stippled. So trim marks and out came the knife....

BJ marking the new cut lines followed by the trimming!

The tracks were covered with newspaper by Barry and plaster soaked towels commenced being applied by BJ.

BJ happy with his work....

Wiring

Wiring beneath Iron Hill and Stanvac continued. Bob and Chris completed the block bus and dropper wire connections including running the bus back to the booster location. I terminated the turnout feeders from the track to the terminal strip to complete the frog power wiring.

Thanks for all your work guys...
